Guest Speaker:
We are having a panel discussion on the Mayan Calendar June 28th at the Day Riverside Library 1575 W 10th North 2pm. The 9 people on the panel are all students of, and some have been teaching about the calendar for years. It has been suggested that we take questions emailed to me b4 the meeting or at the door b4 the meeting. I have received questions from 2 people already. But would appreciate many more.. even from people who live in Moab, or outside the Salt Lake area. All the people on the panel can send in as many as they wish. You have the knowledge of the calendar..you would be the ones to know the rite questions.
There will be a pot luck at my home afterwards..where we can continue the conversation.
There are some potential speakers for next month but nothing for sure. Do you have anyone you'd like to hear?
August 23rd 2 fellows from out of state are coming for conversation and pot luck here at 3315 W Meadowbrook Dr (4270 S)

Its getting huge! More and more people are joining us afterwards!
Many of us meet at Village Inn afterwards so to cover the latest, catch up with current happenings, and make contacts, etc. If you haven't joined us after a meeting before I would suggest you give it a try, there is tons of conversation at these after meeting groups, there is always a freindly and welcome atmosphere and they are always very interesting, informative and fun. First timers easily become regulars after attending an After Meeting.

Guest Speakers:
The next meeting will be on October 27th 2007 at the Hunter library at 1400 hours
No speaker has been selected as of yet. Marlee has decided to have an open forum, hoping that some people in the group will bring us up to date on their Ghost Hunting Activities. Such as Janis Moore or Brian Whitesides. I personally would be very interested in hearing about this subject, since much more of my personal research and investigations have drifted into that realm of the paranormal. If that fails, perhaps Darrell Smith, Ryan Burns, and perhaps myself could bring you up to date on recent bigfoot developments and recent excursions into the wilderness. Our MUFON and UUFOH member Troy Jackson, found numerous tracks while black powder hunting in a an undisclosed area, and was able to make a cast of an 18" bipedal creature! Perhaps Troy can bring his cast he made earlier this month, and I can bring a cast made by Dave, with assistance from Troy and I, in the Mercur / Eagle Mountain case of 2003, which is still ongoing. If all else fails, Marlee will bring several videos from the Laughlin UFO Congress. As has always been the case since Mildred left us Marlee is the glue that keeps us all together and saves all the rainy days. It would behoove us all to remember that, and individualy thank her for all the work she puts in. I sometimes wonder if we all realize and appreciate all the time and work she puts in for us behind the scenes, Let's make it a point to thank her individually!
As Always please bring to Marlee, Dave and I, any ideas on speakers you would like to see, ideas for future meetings, or any suggestions to to get our message out, and to welcome others to our meetings to share and exchange ideas on the paranormal. Marlee would like to thank all the people who donated time, money and items for the yard sale, to raise money for plane fare for Ralph Rings. She would especially like to thak Sharon Smith, Arita Turpin, Anne Clock, Ernie Hiner, Mickie Stott, Denise Lynch, Helen Thurston, Betty Ashton, Lavon and Devon Seeley. She would like to express Special Thanks to Lavon & Devon, Helen Thurston who hosted Ralph and his wife Ruthie, and their friend Marsha THANK YOU ALL for graciously helping!
This month we'll be at the Park Library 4870 S 27th West at 2PM on January 26th. Aliendave will be the
speaker..although he says he doesn't have anything to say. So if folks will ask questions, on all the things he was talking about at December's pot luck, we'll probably be able to fill the time. He now has a
computer and connection to the web. So he will be updating current information. I haven't heard from
Mark but assume he will continue assisting Dave bringing the web site up to date.
UPDATE:I have just recieved copies of the short film "UFO HUNTERS" we (UUFOH) did with the Niagara College in 2005. I will be bring it to show at the meeting, its about 25 minutes long. I also have tons of UUFOH stickers for anyone interested $5 - 10
Several people will be leaving on February 24th for Laughlin and returning March 2nd. If anyone is interested in going, let me know as it's nice to caravan down and back. It's a 9hr trip. Nevada is an hour later that Utah so you can make up an hour going down. You can get further information by going to
