Your report will be sent a reply (answered) as soon as we are able to. Reports with photos or video take prioritiy.

If you have photos, video or audio of your sighting send them to us in a separate email with "Recordings for Report" in the subject line. if sending multiple photos or files, please do not send all in one message.

It may be some time before you hear from us, due to the amount of mail we recieve, but if a follow up is warranted, We will contact you a.s.a.p.
